The Project:
This project demande was provided by Cossette company, to us for our final project at college Lasalle.
About Cossette:
Cossette is an advertising company that began from Quebec and expanded in whole Canada. Cossette is the top advertising agency in Canada. They are agile, efficient and universal, and they elevate unique client journeys like no other. They offer and adapt to any client need.
The problem:
The business has been struggling to keep young talents from GenZ around for more than a year. They need 3 triptych posters to attract Gen Z. By making these posters design aligning with the brand Identity and aligning with GenZ needs.
Problem Solving:
I went to make a research on the GenZ, what they like and how they spend their time on social media, what they do and what interest them in their life.
So, as result,
- They prefer short video and texts to get the message from the content.
- They wish a balance between life and work
- They look to grow and build skills at work.
I made a triptych poster aligning with the brand guideline of Cossette company, in addition to social media posts and a TikTok video to showcase how awesome it is to work at Cossette, conveying the ideas of growing, team working and supporting ambiance to team and GenZ.
The goal:
Is to encourage Gen Z candidates to apply and be assure that they can find what they are looking for in this company, and be a part of the Cossette team for the long term.
